Our shipping policy is simple: we offer discounted rates on all of our carriers, and we pass those savings on to you. To calculate your expected shipping costs, enter your address during checkout to receive a live rate for your area.

International shipping:
We offer shipping all throughout Canada and the United states. If you need shipping to a different country, please reach out to us for a custom quote.
Taxes and duty:
Canada: Within Canada, provincial taxes will be reflected during checkout.
United States: You will be responsible for the local state tax (not reflect during checkout).

Order processing:
It is our job to make sure you get your new awesome wheelset as soon as possible! Once the wheelset is built and ready to be shipped (for building ETA’s please refer to the product’s page), please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be shipped. A tracking number will be provided to you as soon as the order ships.

Store Pickup:
If you would like to pick up your online order in store simply select the "In-store pickup" option during checkout, "In-store pickup" is free.
